Empire

Located in the heart of Parc-Extension, The Empire project refers to the name of the century-old movie theatre that it once was. Our desire to give a second life to this building, which had been abandoned for several years, was a major challenge. It was crucial for us to create a modern and warm concept, while preserving the historical character of the building. Despite the many architectural challenges, the efficient and skillfully coordinated work of our engineers, architects and site workers allowed for this 21-unit project to become a great success for our team, as well as a highly appreciated living space for its residents.
