Des Érables

This project called for the demolition of a vacant building and the construction of a new one of six luxurious condos. As promoter, with a renowned architectural firm, CS Construction has given form to a contemporary project that is harmoniously integrated in the surroundings. As builder, we have met the challenges that offers this type of project in a heavily populated part of the city, from the complete piling of the building, the underpinning, to the construction of mezzanines and all that, while respecting the deadline.
