Charlevoix

This ongoing project is being carried out in collaboration with the architectural firm IVY Studio. It involves the new construction of a commercial space and 8 housing units spanning 4 floors. This exceptionally beautiful project will feature, among other things, a carriage passage, French balconies, an inner courtyard, and a new wooden cornice reminiscent of Montreal's heritage.
