Located at the junction of the Ville-Marie and Hochelaga neighbourhoods, this new construction project of 8 units is a perfect example of how it is possible to revitalize the neighbourhood without creating a complete break with its surroundings. The spiral staircases on the front of the 20,000 square foot building completed in 2020 serve as a nod to this very Montreal feature.
